- Event End Time: All gatherings and events must conclude by 8 pm without exceptions. Outdoor music, basketball, and additional guests are not permitted after this time.
- Noise Restrictions: Please refrain from loud music. If it can be heard at the curb, it's too loud. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in fines and contract cancellation.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, weed, and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the deck and within the premises.
- Cancellation Policy: Unauthorized parties will be cancelled without refund. Minimum age required for booking is 21 years old.
- Additional Guests: Extra guests beyond the contracted amount will incur a charge of $10 per guest.
- Commercial Events: Entry sales, ticket sales, and advertisement for events are not permitted unless approved. The property is residential and not licensed for commercial use.
- Responsibility: Registered guests are responsible for all individuals entering the property. Events with more than 11 guests must be pre-approved.
